The Middlesex County Substance Abuse Action Council (MCSAAC) is a public-private partnership committed to improving the quality of life in our towns. We bring together diverse populations of the community to reduce alcohol, tobacco, and other drug or substance abuse.

MCSAAC’s goal is to promote community-based substance abuse prevention programs throughout Middlesex County. MCSAAC accomplishes this by supporting the efforts of 11 Local Prevention Councils and 13 Youth Leadership Councils across the County.
